Now Foods, Dairy Digest Complete has been a game-changer for me. Typically, I struggle with dairy in the mornings; cheese or real milk makes me feel extremely tired. During a visit to my Dad's, I had cereal with real milk and took three Dairy Digest tabs. I felt fantastic afterwards, as if I had never had the milk at all. I'm truly grateful for this product!

Chronic diarrhoea improved
Diarrhoea has improved, though I am not cured. Certain foods still cause issues, so I need to take additional measures, but it's definitely better than not using it! I am thankful, as previous stomach medicine was ineffective.
